4 blocks from Lincoln Center, across the street from Central Park, quick walk to Carnegie Hall, 20 city blocks from Broadway--large 1 br, great modern bathroom (the Sudanese dancing lady), kitchen with dw - 3 light exposures and city view, high ceilings and lots and lots of art. Dinosaur bones and arrow heads everywhere. Ceiling fan. I have a Firestick but no cable. I have Amazon Prime for movies.
1 or 2 people. It's not set up traditionally. I have a comfortable daybed in the kitchen--it's a twin, so I can have a very large living & working space. I also have a very comfortable folding 4" mattress that can be used in the living room.
Street, Public garage
tee hee, none of the above. NYC is one big amenity, and it's a great space in the heart of a great city. In the morning, you can hear the birds. A raccoon family lives across the street in the mouth of the park entrance.
Lincoln Center - it's the Upper West Side. Walking distance to so much--the river--the Museum of Natural History. 1 block to C,B and 3 blocks to 1,2,3 many convenient subway stops to the rest of the city. There is ample room for your suitcases. With all the artwork and all the little bones and artifacts lying around, gotta say no kids--unless you have the dream tween, teen--and I have only met one of those in my lifetime.
